Official Server Support & Rules

Server Rules

Rule 1

Be polite and respectful in global chat. Do not use vulgar or offensive language in chat or structures. Keep global chat English only.

Rule 2

Section A

Legitimate PvP gameplay must grow the player base instead of shrinking it. New players must have every opportunity to learn and thrive without being "seal clubbed" by more established players.

Anything beyond a small Tier 1 or Tier 2 starter ship, or ships that are or appear fully armed, are exempt from this protection.

Section B

  • No ammo draining (such as using drones to deplete structure ammo).
  • No Offline Protection abuse.
  • No warp camping within 1km of a warp-in point.
  • No impersonating players or admins.
  • No exploiting bugs.
  • No behavior that harms server performance.

Section C

Hearsay or conjecture is not admissible in complaints. Hard evidence such as videos or screenshots must exist before action is taken.

Rule 3

Private structures with Offline Protection installed are NOT allowed. Structures using an Offline Protection Device must always be set to faction. Breaking this rule may result in the loss of your structures.

Rule 4

You are NOT allowed to build, spawn, or fly structures inside asteroids or POIs, including parking them within the POI bounding box.

Rule 5

Do NOT build proximity alert decoys using only flares or devices with poor render distance. Use regular blocks as part of the structure.

Do NOT manipulate the center of your object by moving the core or other devices away. HUD markers must remain directly connected to the actual object.

Rule 6

Do NOT place Land Claim Devices near POIs in ways that prevent access for other players.

Rule 7

Floating turrets, devices, blocks, or combinations thereof are NOT permitted on vessels (CV, SV, HV). All blocks and devices must be physically connected.

Rule 8

Bases are NOT allowed within 100 meters of a POI.

Rule 9

If you need server support, create a support ticket using /support_ticket.

Under NO circumstances should you privately message support staff regarding issues. Staff cannot moderate or investigate issues in private messages.

Rule 10

Structures belonging to the Eleon Game Studios faction, such as the Galactic Trading Station or The Flying Dutchman, are protected under our Terms of Service and Copyright Policy.

You may NOT modify, claim, obtain, or alter these structures in any way.
